A guide to facilitate the ongoing HIV care, treatment, and support for HIV-infected women and their families after they participate in a national PMTCT program. This training module was created for use in the Caribbean, and targets healthcare workers in PMTCT, HIV care and treatment programs, and in organizations involved in the ongoing care of HIV-infected women and families, including social and community welfare organizations, pharmacies, and private practices.
