National hiv Prevention Questionnaire

The National AIDS Programme Secretariat is undertaking a mapping of activities in Guyana as these relate to hiv prevention.

The purpose of this exercise is to ascertain the scope, scale and intensity of hiv prevention interventions that are currently being implemented and to support the development of an information database that will assist in the identification of gaps in the hiv response, as well as what additional support will be required for an effective implementation of the ‘Guyana National HIV/AIDS Strategy 2007-2011’ and the ‘Guyana National Behaviour Change Communication Strategy.’

In order for you to participate with us in achieving the goal of scaled-up scope and intensity of hiv prevention in Guyana, kindly fill questionnaire by March 14th 2008

If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact us via guyanahivprevention@gmail.com or call 612 6220. Mr. Aroon Gangadin will be in touch with you about this in the course of the coming days.

Thank you and my best regards,

Dr. Shanti Singh
NAPS Programme Manager
